Outstanding among these oenological projects is the rescue of the Romano strain (César Noir) made with the help of the renowned French ampelographer Jean Michel Boursiquot, who identified her during the year 1995 in our funds. Sucesor is the first vineyard in Chile to market this strain.

It is the line of Donoso Group wines inspired by the traditions of the Chilean countryside. The wines of Las Casas de Vaqueria are infused with the earth, the free spirit and the firm character of Chilean culture and tradition.
Its grapes come from the Las Casas de Vaqueria farm, in the Maule Valley, where the largest mansion ancient among our haciendas, built in the 19th century, known as the “colonial era” in Chile.
